Pre-screening
- All patients and staff members are required to self-screen before entering the building.
- By entering the building, you confirm that you can answer NO to the following questions:
- Do you have shortness of breath, a new cough, fever, diarrhea or flulike symptoms?
- Have you been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 10 days?
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days?
Personal Protective Equipment
- Every patient and caregiver is required to wear a face mask (no cloth) while in the building. Masks will be provided, if needed.
- All staff members wear a mask.
Limiting Visits and Caregivers
- No more than two visitors per patient.
- Arrive for appointments 15 minutes in advance and, upon completion, exit the building promptly.
- While in the building, observe safe distancing.
- Support group meetings are temporarily suspended.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
- All high-touch surfaces are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers are conveniently placed throughout the building.
- All patients, caregivers, and staff members are reminded to practice good hand hygiene.
