Pre-screening

  • All patients and staff members are required to self-screen before entering the building.
  • By entering the building, you confirm that you can answer NO to the following questions:
    • Do you have shortness of breath, a new cough, fever, diarrhea or flulike symptoms?
    • Have you been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 10 days?
    • Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days?

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Every patient and caregiver is required to wear a face mask (no cloth) while in the building. Masks will be provided, if needed.
  • All staff members wear a mask.

Limiting Visits and Caregivers

  • No more than two visitors per patient.
  • Arrive for appointments 15 minutes in advance and, upon completion, exit the building promptly.
  • While in the building, observe safe distancing.
  • Support group meetings are temporarily suspended.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

  • All high-touch surfaces are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are conveniently placed throughout the building.
  • All patients, caregivers, and staff members are reminded to practice good hand hygiene.
