This former B&B mansion has been beautifully preserved and maintained since 1904. Overlooking scenic Klutho Park, it has four different-sized rooms for our patients (2 large, 1 medium, 1 small), each with its own refrigerator, Internet and bathroom. Patients share the common areas: kitchen, laundry room, living room, sitting areas and front and back porches. You may relax by soaking in the Jacuzzi spa or gliding down the gorgeous streets on cruiser bicycles, both for patients. Semper Fi.

FYI: Patients can also stay here for their 3-day work ups as well. Paul and Lena will come pick you up from the airport when you arrive, as well as make you breakfast each morning you’re here for the 3-day work up.

In addition to providing long-term accommodations exclusively for our patients, Third & Main also provides a special "3-day package" for those visiting for their work-ups. Located just 1 mile from UF Proton Therapy Institute, these new high-end units have fully equipped kitchens, stainless steel appliances, flat screen televisions, DVD players, satellite TV, wireless Internet, W/D, and comfortable, new furniture. Two Hilton hotels in one location, just a mile from the popular neighborhood of San Marco and a 5 minute drive to Downtown.
